How do I schedule a Maintenance Visit?
Let us handle that for you! Once the Preventative Maintenance Program is purchased, a blueprint is created with suggested timelines for your Aquafire Maintenance.
2 weeks before your suggested Maintenance, an Aquafire Customer Experience Specialist will reach out to set an actual maintenance day and time that works with your schedule. No need to keep track, we've got you covered!
If you think you need a cleaning before that time, please reach out to us at ces@aquafire.com. We are happy to create a personalized schedule based on your Aquafire Installation.
How do I prepare for a Preventative Maintenance Visit?
All Preventative Maintenance Services are performed from the top of the unit. Because of this, we ask that you prepare your Aquafire before the technician arrives to maximize their visit:
- Make sure the Aquafire is accessible. If you have never tried to remove the top lid of the insert, please do so before the technician arrives so you are aware of any difficulties
- Remove any media surrounding the Aquafire. This can include glass partitions, decorative items on top of or around the Aquafire
- Have the remote easily accessible
Additional charges may occur if the Aquafire Technician is delayed due to lack of access to the Aquafire or if the installation proves difficult to maneuver.
