Simply add tap water 1 of 2 ways: Connect directly to a tap water source (Direct Plumb Kit required - sold separately) or enable the automatic filling function with the provided tubing. Please follow our hard water guide for best results.
The water vapor mist is gently pushed with our fans from the mist chamber to the top of the unit through the diffuser vent. The vapor is then backlit by a bar of high powered LED light strips, creating our patented dancing water vapor flame effect.

The first time we turned it on, it completely transformed a blank wall. It gets compliments almost every time someone visits.

I love howsimple this was to slide into my unused fireplace and “fire” it up. Great ambiance and realistic flames.
Love it! Easy to set up right out of the box, only two minor complaints are that one side is COVERED in giant product info stickers and took me about an hour and some serious elbow grease and a half a bottle of goo gone to get it all off. Because this unit is meant to be freestanding, the stickers should be on the back or bottom of the unit, otherwise they are clearly visible which looks bad and makes it look less realistic. Also, the height and intensity of the 'flame' even when turned up all the way is not quite as advertised. Less height, volume and intensity of flame. But I still really love it! Realistic flame and just so easy and safe! Would recommend!

Great electric fireplace with several options that simply puts it ahead of the competition. The different colors emanating from the fire, just makes it even more amazing. The water softener option combined with the hard plumbing, make it a breeze to use and maintain, with a hassle free experience.
Once everything was installed, the Aquafire the installation was more straightforward than I anticipated. It's become part of our nightly routine.
