Regular maintenance and care of your unit is crucial to ensuring the optimal Aquafire experience. This convenient program is available to Residential and Commercial customers. It allows you to take advantage of our nationwide network of professionally trained technicians to perform the recommended maintenance for your Aquafire Fireplace. If still within warranty, this program is designed to meet all the maintenance requirements of our Limited Factory Warranty.

10-Point Preventative Maintenance Checklist

✔️ Visual inspection of fireplace unit and installation.

✔️ Remove and clean the mist makers.

✔️ Complete system flush with descaling agent.

✔️ Inspect filters (front and back) and clean as required.

✔️ Confirm UV-C lights are operating properly.

✔️ Confirm electronics are operating properly.

✔️ Confirm remotes and units are properly paired.

✔️ Clean LED light covers and housing.

✔️ Clean and wipe down interior of unit (areas visible from top).

✔️ Clean top surface of fireplace and fireplace surround.

2Preventative Maintenance visits cover a 1 hour service window once the technician arrives at the installation location. Any visit requiring more time will be billed seperately at an hourly rate that is determined by the visiting technician. Additional fees may apply

3Coverage includes a top-down maintenance only. If it is required to pull the unit in order to service additional charges will apply. Parts are not included and will be billed seperately if required.
