Impact of Hurricane Helene

As a company proudly based in Asheville, NC, we find ourselves deeply affected by the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. Many of our employees, especially those in nearby areas, have faced significant challenges. While we are grateful that all our team members are safe, some have unfortunately been displaced from their homes due to severe tree damage, flooding, and ongoing power and water outages.

Our foremost concern is the safety and well-being of our team, as well as maintaining the high level of service you’ve come to expect from us. Shipments of Aquafire Fireplaces remain unaffected for the time being. However, given the current local conditions, delays and disruptions are inevitable and may affect our customer service and outbound shipments of spare parts.

We ask that you please keep the affected communities in your thoughts as they continue to assess and recover from this once-in-a-century event. We also kindly request your patience as we work through the challenges this storm has left behind. While we are committed to keeping communication open and orders moving, our response times may be slower than usual.
